Making Arrangements

You will want to be clear about what you expect your photographer to deliver.

• What is the deadline?
• Ask how the photographer will deliver the images, e.g. Dropbox or a private website
• Ensure the photographer has the email addresses of all the university contacts who will need to access the images.
• Do the photos need to be shot wide for web banners?
• Do you just need a few good photos for a news story, or many for a slideshow?

Remember that 20 high-quality photographs are better than 200 below-average photos. If the photographs could be used by University Relations in the future, please share them so they can be added to our photo database.
